How does billing work?
Starter is billed monthly or annually, whichever you pick. Annual billing is charged once a year at the discounted rate shown above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no hidden fees. Cancel from your account whenever you want.
Is a BAA included?
Yes, a signed Business Associate Agreement is included on the Starter plan by default, not sold as a separate add-on.
Will pricing change later?
We're in early access, so usage is unlimited on every plan for now. If pricing or limits ever change, we'll tell you before anything takes effect.
What's the difference between the free trial and Starter?
Nothing feature-wise. The 7-day trial includes everything Starter does. When the trial ends, you move to the paid plan to keep going.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
